These Terms & Conditions apply to all workshops delivered by My Business Partner (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By registering for, purchasing, or attending a workshop, you agree to the following terms.
1. Workshop Registration & Payment

All workshops must be paid in full prior to attendance, unless otherwise stated.

Places are limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

A registration is only confirmed once payment has been received.
2. Minimum Numbers

Workshops require a minimum of 3 participants to proceed.

If minimum numbers are not reached, we reserve the right to:

Reschedule the workshop, or
-
Offer a full refund

Participants will be notified as soon as practicable if this occurs.
3. Cancellations by Participant

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations:

More than 7 days prior to the workshop:

A full refund, less any non-recoverable fees incurred, or transfer to a future workshop (at our discretion)

Within 7 days of the workshop:

No refund, however you may transfer your place to another person with prior notice

4. Cancellations or Changes by Us

We reserve the right to:

Reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (including illness, venue issues, or low attendance)

If a workshop is cancelled by us, you will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
A transfer to a future workshop date

5. Workshop Content & Materials

Workshop materials, including workbooks, templates and resources, are provided for personal use only.

Materials must not be copied, shared, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

All intellectual property remains the property of My Business Partner.
6. Results & Disclaimer

Workshops are educational in nature and designed to support learning and understanding.

We do not guarantee specific financial, business, or personal outcomes.

You remain responsible for your own business decisions and implementation.
7. Photography & Marketing

From time to time, photos may be taken during workshops for marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise us prior to the workshop.
8. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will not share your details with third parties without consent.
9. Venue & Behaviour

Workshops are delivered in a professional, supportive environment.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
